What Argentium suits
Sintered stone is the most durable surface we fit and the only one we will put in an outdoor kitchen or a room full of sun. It resists scratching better than quartz or granite, and the large slab format means fewer joins on a long run.
Hardness makes it brittle at the edges. Thin unsupported edges and exposed corners can chip if something heavy hits them, and a chip can show a different colour underneath. It is a fabrication problem more than an owner problem, but it is why we ease corners and support overhangs.
We have not recorded a colour tone for this surface yet, so it will not appear under a tone filter in the library. We would rather leave that blank than guess it from a catalogue photograph. Order a sample and you will see exactly what it is.
The photograph above is indicative. Screens shift colour, and batches vary, so a slab can read warmer or cooler than an image suggests. A free sample under your own lighting settles it in a way no photograph can.

Choosing the slab is the easy half. This is the part that decides how it looks in five years.
Sample first
Free, by post. See it against your cabinet doors and your flooring, in daylight and under your own lights at night.
Fixed written quote
Slab, edge profile, cut-outs, upstands and installation, all itemised. The number you approve is the number you pay.
Laser template
Once units are fitted and level. Around two to three hours on site, and it locks in the fabrication drawings.
Fabricate and fit
Cut, mitred, polished and dry-assembled in the workshop, then fitted, scribed and sealed by our own installers.
